Product Description

Connects 2 CAN-Bus interface leads make it possible to update your existing factory head unit to a new model whilst still retaining use of your stalk/steering wheel audio controls.

This advanced CAN-Bus interface also provides switched live, illumination, speed pulse and reverse wires to make stereo/navigation installation easier.

The adaptor consists of two parts, these must both be purchased based on your vehicle model and choice of radio brand:

  • Part 1: Vehicle Interface (Shown Here)
  • Part 2: Radio Interface (in Related Items)

Simply ensure this interface is the correct model for your vehicle and then select the relevant brand radio interface lead from the recommended items box below.

This vehicle interface fits the following models:

  • Audi A3 (2003-2005)
  • Audi A4 (2001-2008)
  • Audi TT (2003-2006)

Cars Connector: ISO Connector
Cars OE Radio: Concert II, Symphony II, Chorus II

Some vehicles, for example Peugeot & Citroen also use the original head-unit to access the on-board computer. These CAN-Bus interfaces also incorporate this, allowing the user to access this from the stalk controls instead.

Further to this some BMW, Citroen & Peugeot models also utilise the OE head-unit to create the alert for the reverseing sensors. An additional interface can be used to allow these to work with an aftermarket head-unit, in conjunction with the CAN-Bus stalk control interfaces.
